He is currently a member of the Audit Committees of Liberty Seguros S.A., Zurich Minas Brasil Seguros S.A., and Zurich Santander Brasil Seguros e Previdência S.A.
Graduated in Accounting from Mackenzie University, he has participated in specialization courses in Brazil and abroad.
He worked for 8 years in the Forensic Services area at KPMG as a Partner-Director. He carried out various projects related to Fraud Prevention and Investigation, Litigation Advisory, Expert Witness, Risk Management, Money Laundering Prevention, Anti-Corruption (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act, and Implementation and Outsourcing of Ethics Line/Whistleblower Channel.
In the Risk Advisory Services (RAS) area at KPMG, he gained extensive experience in areas such as Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk and Controls Analysis, Process Redefinition with subsequent implementation of internal control environment, Business Process Implementation, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance, among others.
As an external auditor, he worked as a Financial Statements Audit Manager and conducted various Due Diligence and Agreed Upon Procedures projects, among others.
In all areas of activity, the work was carried out in industries, financial institutions, insurance companies, commerce, and services.
A member of the Regional Accounting Council, he is qualified to work on audits in entities regulated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
