Molina has 30 years of experience in the areas of Audit and Consulting for Banks, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, and Health Operators, with 17 years developed in two of the largest global consulting and auditing companies, KPMG and Deloitte.
Graduated in Accounting, with postgraduate studies in Financial and Actuarial Management and specialization in Project and People Management by FGV/SP.
For 4 years, he was Director of the company FBM Consulting, specializing in Internal Controls, Processes, and Finances. Additionally, he worked for two years at Liberty Seguros, holding the position of Controller Superintendent.
His experience includes project management for the convergence to international accounting practices (Implementation of IFRS/CPC in 21 insurers in Brazil), mergers and acquisitions, optimization, and restructuring of business processes, Compliance, Sarbanes Oxley 404 – (review and testing of processes and controls).
Participation in various M&A projects in Brazil, in Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, Health Operators, and Banks in Brazil and abroad.
He was also a University professor for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Currently, he is an instructor and speaker on various topics at ABBC.
Member of the Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors - IBRACON (including participation in GT-2), he is qualified for audit work in entities regulated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM, Central Bank of Brazil – BACEN, and Superintendence of Private Insurance – SUSEP.
